Pre-purchase Pest Inspections

The Captain’s Pre-purchase Pest Inspections are conducted in accordance with the  Australian Standard Inspection of buildings Part 3: Timber pest  inspections AS 4349.3-2010.

The inspection will identify any  major and minor defects at the time of the inspection caused by  termites, borers and pests. This will give you the confidence of  knowing exactly what property you are purchasing.
