Pre-purchase Building Inspections

The Captain’s pre-purchase building inspections are conducted in accordance with the Australian Standard Inspection of Buildings Part 1: Pre-purchase Inspections - Residential Buildings AS 4349.1-2007. 

The Captain's inspection will identify:

• Major and minor defects at the time of  the inspection. 
• Give you the confidence of knowing exactly what property you are purchasing.
